Mlm ni encik hubby keje..so tinggal daku dgn raina kat umah..penat melayan bdk kecik ni main..since raina dh pandai stand alone, asek nk berdiri je..kite ni pulak duk berjaga every time die berdiri takut die jatuh..action plk tuh lps tgn..hari ni EL cos raina demam..alhamdulillah demam die dh baik..rupe2nye demam sbb gigi pertama bru nk tumbuh..finally.........hehe.
Hmmm..badan ni asek sakit2 je..sakit bahu, sakit pinggang, sakit kpale,pening..mcm2 lah..sakit tulang pon ade..sejak bersalin ni la..n kerap jgk la pegi klinik wat check up..doc pon dah tahu dah muke ni mesti xde reason lain dtg.kalo x sbb pening mesti sbb sakit2 badan..doc ckp badan dh x fit..stamina kureng..pemakanan x btul..angin..hmmm agaknye sbb kes x berpantang btul2..rs mcm berpantang 100hari tu dh lame, rupenye still x cukup..huhu...disebabkan rs syg pd diri ini, terpakselah berpantang sgale bagai n makan mknn yg berkhasiat..so now i say NO to kafein (coffee n tea), air berkarbonat, jajan, sayur2 yg sejuk n berangin n mcm2 lg lah..doc suh mkn buah tp sy x suke buah so sy beli vitamin C as supplement..tekak ni mmg xbleh terime buah..xtahu lah knp..huhu..btw, skg pon dh x mkn fast food like McD n KFC..sgt2 x bgus..percayalah...
Esk plan nk book massage treatment at Serenity Spa Shah Alam..nk gi massage..rs dh x tertanggung angin ni..huhu..our body is like car, need to be service...so massage is part of service..kihkih..actually dh 3 minggu x minum nescafe and tea, and i can feel the improvement..kurng rs sakit2 blkg n pening..kalo x every night mintak encik hubby urutkn..sian die..
So, kpd bakal2 ibu silelah berpantang dgn betul..sayangilah diri anda..ni bru anak pertama..couldn't imagine how it feels bile beranak 2, 3, 4 nnt..sesal dulu pendapatan, sesal kemudian tidak berguna (betul ke ek pepatah ni..belasah jer..hahaha)..

Holiday M.O.O.D - Genting Highlands!!!

Last sunday, we (babah, mama & raina) went to Genting Highlands for a one day trip..it was totally unplanned trip and i must say it was awesome..i've never been there before as i really want to go..eventhough the weather was not really good, we enjoyed our first moment there. We set off to genting at 9am and reached there at 10am. it was extremely freezing cold, foggy and windy!!!!thanked god i've brought along raina's sweater and mine also...as we entered the indoor theme park, it was terribly congested with many people and we had been informed that almost half games at outdoor theme park were closed due to bad weather condition and for safety reason..so limited games to ride..huhu..ok..wordless and lets the pics talk!!;)

my personal review on ENFALAC A+ vs MAMIL GOLD

Salam Penghulu segala hari..hari jumaat..;)

Today i'm not happy and my heart is pounding..why???hukhuk, it is because of raina..i've been exclusively breastfeeding raina for 9months and 3 weeks already and still doa'ing and hoping that i can exclusively breastfeed her for 1 year at least, but unfortunately raina's demand is higher than what i could supply..raina drinks a lot!!!everyday i managed to get 24oz only but raina needs more...huhu..anak mama dah besar..even she also eat a lot..she eat 3 times per day...kalah org yg badan besar..tp mama x kesah..mama nak raina bam bam sedap sket mama nk peluk..;)

After a very deep thought, i decided to mix her with formula milk (standby at nursery incase stok susu abes) which i think the best choice i have since she is still below 1 year and i could not give her some other drinks like vitagen or yogurt to cover the milk..it is not recommended actually..
I did some research n survey a few months ago about the best formula milk for baby, as a result, there's a few popular brands that is common used by mommies out there..the famous one i think is ENFALAC A+ by meadjohnson...this is for infants 0-12months..previously i was atracted with MAMIL GOLD by dumex..as i go thru the ingredients inside, mamil gold has this IMMUNOFORTIS which others dont have..

Immunofortis^® is a unique, clinically-proven prebiotic combination of GOS and IcFOS, which:
• Stimulates the growth of good bacteria in baby's gut
• Suppresses the growth of harmful bacteria in baby's gut

In other word, this IMMUNOFORTIS helps to increase the immune system inside their body and avoid the growth of harmful bacteria in baby's gut....as we all know, baby below 2 years old have low antibody, and they easy to get sick..that is why they must have a good immune system so that their body can recover without depending on medicine only..(sape yg x nak anak die sentiase sehat kn????)

For baby below 1 year, they called MAMEX GOLD..i have read somewhere and they said that mamex gold is a bit sweet n i think it is not suit for raina...So, i did some review on ENFALAC A+ and according to some pediatricians, ENFALAC A+ is closest to mother’s milk. It contains essential nutrients and has higher DHA and ARA content which are necessary for infant development as good as MAMIL GOLD.  The content of DHA in enfalac a+ is double from mamex gold and low in fat..

As a conclusion, we decided to give ENFALAC A+ for raina instead of mamex gold and insyaAllah by the time she turns to 1 year, we will switch to MAMIL GOLD formula milk..;) what we consume our babies is the most important thing. Whatever happens at this stage will have a lasting effect on our child's life, specifically on how his/her brain functions. I agreed that parental guidance and care is vital and we could not only depends on milk at all to develop their brains but for me, to some extent, the nutritions in milk also help/contribute to the development of baby's brain..In term of price, i can say both price are not much differ..

I believe, some parents do thing that every formula milk is just same, and i must say that it is not actually..you can check the ingredients and u will find out that cheaper milk has low nutritions compared to pricey milk..pls try both if u dont believe it and u will see the result (in term of health)..;) but still it depends on u to choose the best milk for ur baby..my baby raina is staying at nursery during my working day and its my responsiblity to make sure she get enuf nutritions and protection so that she will not easily exposed/affected to disease from other kids..

Whatever it is, breastmilk is the best milk for our babies...and i will continue to breastfeed her until the she turns to 2 years old..insyaAllah..this formula milk is just standby/topup at nursery incase breastmilk stock is run out..The priority is still my breastmilk..as usual, i will directly breastfeed her at home..(^_^) Our babies deserve to get the best in life esp when it comes to their health..so it is crucial to keeping our little one healthy by giving the best/right nutritions/nutrients at each stage of developments..

A point to note here is, both enfalac A+ and mamil gold is HALAL..;)

Raina has grown up..;)

Alhamdulillah..raina is now 9 months++  old..n she already can stand up by herself..the weird thing is she still do not know how to crawl..but im positive about it..every baby has different milestone and development..and my raina is a special baby i guess..hehe..she is advancing her step from 'mengesot' strainght away to 'berdiri'..;)

raina ni kuat membebel..since she's 3 months old lg..n im very lucky to have such a good, lovely n adorable doter as her where she is unlikely/rarely cry..she only cry for milk n when she want to sleep..and now my doter has grown up already...time flies so fast...;)

My Wishlist 2012

Alhamdulillah...syukur ke hadrat Ilahi krn dipanjangkan umur sehingga kini dan mudah-mudahan Allah memberkati hidup kami sekeluarga insyaAllah...amin..

So, utk tahun 2011 ni rsnyer x byk benda yg dihajati tercapai..dan insyaAllah akan di forwardkan ke tahun hadapan..;)

My wishlist 2012:
1. Masuk rumah baru
Tahun ni kitorng dah beli 2nd house..rumah kedua kami ni terletak kt Taman Wawasan, Langat..wlupun    address die kat langat, tp bknnye betul2 kat langat pon...ceeewahh..3 minit je dr ampang lookout point..yg penting rumah ni x jauh dr ofis n pusat bandar..so, xsbr dah rsnyer nk masuk umah bru ni..double storey house..;) Rumah skg ni kitorng x nak jual..nak buat aset, so nak sewakan je..lg untung..

2. Ipad
Dulu ingat nak angkat ipad ni tp x jadi sbb rs mcm xperlu..but now, bile dah berbisnes ni, rsnyer sgt2 perlu kot..n for raina too...;)

3. Iphone 4s
hp sy skg dh berkarat dh..huhu

4. Korea (alhamdulllah..april 2012)
ni tmpt yg plg sy nk visit selain dr mekah..selame ni asek tgk cite korea je, smpaikan teringin nk gi sane..insyaAllah bln april next year kami akan ke sane..yahoo!!

5. Penghijrahan ke arah menjadi muslimah, isteri, ibu dan anak yg lebih baik..;)

Wah..pengakhiran tahun 2011 ni tersgtlah bz..mcm2 bende yg dh dilaksanakn and akan dilaksanakn..hopefully tahun 2012 akn mendapat lebih keberkatan dari-Nya..insyaAllah..

Okey, nak cite psl serum..serum lagik!!!jgn marah yer..sy sudah jatuh cinta dgn serum ni..serum yg sy pkai skrg is OXYGENATING serum..knp pkai serum nih??sbbnye kulit sy ni x brpe tegang and kurng bermaya..ade garis2 halus n liang2 roma besar..so bile dah pkai serum ni almost a week, nmpk liang roma kecik sket n kulit nmpk bersih je..hmmm xreti la nk explain..will upload my new pic after using this serum in next entry..;)
