Masuk rumah baru!!

Mood nk tulis blog tu mmg membuak2 tp mase je yg xde...kasihan blog ni..:( Sy dah masuk rumah BARU!!!heheee Teruja giler sbb dpt duk rumah landed jugak akhirnyer...btw, ini adalah rumah kedua yg kitorng beli..before this, kami dh beli rumah condo kat bukit indah ampang..dh duk kat situ almost 2 years..ms tu raina pon xde lg..ms beli tu kitorng target nk beli rumah landed in 5 years tp xsmpai 2 tahun dh beli rumah bwh..alhamdulillah..rezeki..;) rumah baru kitorng ni xde la besar sgt pon..beli rumah ats org..rumah tahun 2007 (bru lg..;p)..pd mulanye cari rumah baru tp malangnye x jumpe yg dkt2 dgn KL..yg ade sume berJUTA$$$$$...huhu..xmampu..insyaAllah in 5 years from now, kitorng target nk beli rumah baru & kalo bleh dpt yg semi-D lg best...rumah condo tu kami sewakan, buat jd aset..mmg untung sgt2..bersyukur sgt2 sbb kitorng dh beli rumah awal2...rs skg ni hidup dh makin stabil..alhamdulillah...;) So, bile dh masuk umah bru ni, byk bende dlm kepale ni..nk renovate porch and gate yg plg utama skg...utk interior rumah, mmg sendiri deco lah..nk tukar kitchen cabinet, nk tempah pintu bilik & pintu dpn, nk psg tiles bru kat porch, nk psg autogate, aircond, etc....fulus oh fulus...huhuuu..xpe, pelan2 kayuh..hihii...dh siap renovate sume bru lah akn ade housewarming..insyaAllah... Picture rumah bru akn diupload kemudian setelah aktiviti mengecat selesai...;)

My Career & My Passion..

Assalam... Today nk story about my career and my passion..ofcos everyone pon ade career n passion msg2..rmai kot yg xtahu ape pekerjaan sy yg sebenar..almaklumlah kat fesbuk asek duk berbisnes..kat blog pon asek cite psl bisnes..hehe Im working with oil & gas company MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd, 100% owned by MMC Corporation Berhad. Started working here since grad lg so dh almost 4 years la..bidang sy adalah Electrical..now setelah 4 tahun bersama MMC, sudah tibe masanye sy mengorak langkah mengembangkan pengalaman n mencari ilmu ditempat lain..and utk pengetahuan sume, i already tender my resignation and will start working at new place on 2nd July at Technip Malaysia...Technip pon company oil & gas like MMC..cume bezanye Technip ni international company which more establish n more stabil...i need company yg more stabile memandangkan komitmen pd keluarga makin bertambah..n yg plg penting, keje kat tmpt bru nnt insyaAllah more relax kot...so bile dh relax, adalah masa utk berbisnes pulak..;) i suke dgn keje sy skg..Oil & Gas is more than what i hv expexting before..sesape yg keje bidang ni of cos phm ape yg sy maksudkan..;) So pada adik2 yg tgh belajar kat u taking Engineering course, pilihlah bidang Oil n Gas n u will never regret it insyaAllah...kite hanya mampu merancang, Allah yg menentukan segalanye..;) So, itulah career sy..i am electrical engineer at oil & gas company..;) What is my passion?? My passion x lain xbkn BUSINESS..making bisnes as my part of life mmg sgt2 interesting..its not about money at all..mmgla tujuan sy berbisnes adalah utk mencari side income, tp at the same time sy dpt kenal dgn rmai org kat luar sane..pendek cite sy ade rmai kwn..hehe..bisnes ape yg sy buat??
