Firstly mestila nk kene tahu what is serum?

A serum is a skin care product that has a higher concentration of active ingredients, usually comes in a gel or creamy gel form and is meant for use under a moisturizer or mask. Cleanser, toner and moisturizer are a must for every skin type. Serums should be used when you feel like your skin is in a rut and you're not getting the results with your basic products.

So how do i use serum?

Moist skin is ten times more permeable than dry skin. After cleansing, use toner and leave it damp on the skin before applying the serum. By leaving ur skin damp with toner, the action ingredients in serum will penetrate deeper within the skin giving u better results. Moisturizers are meant to create a protective barrier over the skin to keep moisture in the skin from evaporating and keeping environmental irritants and debris out. Pls be remind, serum should never be used alone as they don't contain the protective properties that creams do.

Here some conclusion,

While facial serums can give you added moisture, the main reason you'd want to use a facial serum is to get added nutrients into deeper layers of your skin that a regular moisturizer is not able to reach. Apply the serum after your toner and before your moisturizer.

A moisturizer has larger molecules than a serum. This means that a moisturizer will not penetrate the skin as far as a serum will. While serums deposit nutrients, moisturizers are meant to deposit moisture and hydration your skin.

If you have a problem with your skin that you'd like to improve, such as dark spots or early aging signs, a serum can help. Also, if your skin is very oily, a serum can give you enough hydration.

SHOULD i use SERUM???

The very best way to get better results from your skin care products is to use a serum underneath your moisturizer or mask.;)


But it depends on u whether nk use serum or not.;) Pls take note, penggunaan serum haruslah secara berterusan untuk mendapatkan hasil yg memberansangkan.
